Adhering to Terms of Participation (TOP)
You will be asked to provide a copy of your team logo, national anthem and possibly a flag to predetermined dimensions. The Terms of Participation should outline the requirements and submission dates.
All Team Players and Management, will likely be required to complete some training modules before attending a pinnacle event. These may include the World Rugby Anti-Doping e-learning education programme Keep Rugby Clean and the Keep Rugby Onside anti-corruption and betting education programme. It is the responsibility of the Union to ensure squad members have completed these modules.
If theTournament is utilising the Head Injury Assessment (HIA) please see below requirements for medical personnel:
World Rugby Tournaments and/or Matches
All pitch-side / field of play medical staff and Tournament match day medical staff must have valid certificates in the following World Rugby online education modules:
- Concussion Management for Match Day Medical Staff using the HIA Protocol
- Medical Protocols for Match Day Medical Staff
- The following module is only required if a Team Doctor – Mindset – A Mental Health Resource for Team Doctors
- Keep Rugby Clean
- Keep Rugby Onside
They must also have completed either of the following face-to-face courses:
- World Rugby Level 2 Immediate Care in Rugby or Level 3 Advanced Immediate Care in Rugby or Equivalent.

Non-World Rugby Tournaments and/or matches
