Safeguarding
Your Union and your local authority should have clear safeguarding policies in place. Make sure you understand what those policies are and who is responsible for enforcing them. Remember this relates to members of your squad and to people who interact with your team such as fans or mascots.
If your squad contains under 18-year-olds or under 19-year-olds playing front row, ensure you are aware of the forms you must complete and retain.
