Post tournament

Once you are back in your home country, there will certainly be some tasks to complete.

Reporting

There are several reports that may be required post event or camp. 

• Tournament organisers will likely require a report from your team. It should be issued prior to departure and try to complete at least some of it on the ground so you capture the detail in real time
• Your Union will require a report from various areas of the team, operations being one, analysis, performance being some of the others
• The management team may wish to survey the players or conduct a full 360 review within the team. You will need to collaborate with other members of the management team on what should be included, who it should be sent to, return timings and, importantly, what will happen to the results. Surveys will become less impactful for all involved if outcomes are not acted upon.

It is important that key learnings are taken from all the reports and applied to the next campaign planning phase. 

Budget management

The budget you have reviewing all the way through the planning and delivery process will have to be reconciled and reported to the relevant departments.
