Speed, accuracy and verification

Speed when working behind the scenes is incredibly important. The TMO may have to intervene during the game and if they are too late then this may no longer be possible. 

Confirmation of the ‘Check Check’ is critical for understanding the incident, what it was and when it occurred. Verification also confirms foul play or whether an infringement leading to a try has occurred. The Operator must quickly select multiple angles to form part of the review.  

Presentation quality is extremely important, and everyone should be striving towards this. Accuracy, however, is the focus of the TMO Operator.
