Venue familiarisation

As Tournament Manager you play an important role in managing risk at the Tournament Venue.

This covers Field of Play, Playing Enclosure, Team Service Areas, Operational Functional Areas.

You should, in consultation with the Venue Manager:

1. Identify potential risks within the areas above and develop a prioritised list
2. Apply a risk management model and have an Emergency Action Plan
3. Prioritise and coordinate actions to mitigate risk.
