Squat Pattern
Squat patterns are a fundamental movement in most strength-based programs. Squat patterns can target a wide range of muscles from quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes. There is a large range of squat variations using bodyweight, barbells and dumbbells.
General Coaching Cues:
- Feet shoulder-width apart
- Feet flat on the ground
- Chest upright
- Knees track over the toes.
