What are the next steps after training?

After the training the Educator will review your competency transcripts (following discussion with you) and then discuss with you and the Association whether you are ready to be appointed as a Judicial Officer and in which tournament. You may be paired with a more senior Judicial Officer to give you mentoring opportunities.
