We play, enjoy and support the same game. More girls and women are playing rugby, and their competitions are growing in size and stature every year. It is an exciting future for the game, with new opportunities for the coaches of women and girls. As coaches learn the approaches that work best with women and girls, we can keep more of these players involved for longer, and at higher levels.
