Spiral pass

The ball carrier should:

• turn the ball so that its long axis is approximately 30 degrees to the horizontal
• in the passing action, when passing to the right, use their left hand to give power and to impart spin
• use their right hand to provide stability and direction. (Apply opposite when passing to the left.)
