Symptom Tracker

When a player has an open HIA event, the symptom tracker allows for the testing of 22 symptoms from the baseline. This tracker can be used multiple times if necessary.

Once the symptom tracker is completed, there is an option to log a return to play stage change. It is up to the user whether or not to utilize this option.
