Baseline Symptoms
It is important to distinguish between trait and state symptoms when collecting baseline symptoms.
Trait symptoms are those that are typically present and should be recorded as baseline symptoms. State symptoms, on the other hand, are those that are present at the time of testing and should not be considered as baseline symptoms.
If any symptom is found during the initial testing, it will require retesting to ensure it is a trait and not a state symptom.
After finishing the symptom collection process, the summary will provide an overview of each symptom and the corresponding score.
