SCRM System Operations

Any players who have not met the defined IMG usage criteria each week are ineligible for HIA1 on match day.

If these players are removed due to a C2 sign and symptom or an IMG alert, they are not eligible for HIA1. For HIA1, these players will be treated under 'recognise and remove' protocols,' meaning they cannot return to play and may only enter the HIA protocol at HIA2.

Players who are ineligible for HIA1 are recorded on SCRM such that an HIA1 cannot be started for them.

Should the MDD wish to identify these players ahead of the match they may:

• Ask each team manager to identify the players at the pre-match meeting
• Identify the players on the SCRM App by the orange IMG icon.
