Baseline Assessments

To determine a player's current status, refer to the baseline assessment button. If the button displays "Full baseline required," then the player does not have a baseline in the SCRM system. If it shows "Retest required," then the previous baseline had abnormal modes and requires a retest. "Year2+ required" indicates that the last baseline was completed over 12 months ago, and an annual baseline with symptom checks is necessary. Finally, "New baseline" means that the player already has a current baseline, but you have the option to complete a new one if needed.
