Subsequent log ins

Upon your second login, you will have the option to enable biometric login options like facial recognition or fingerprints for easier access to the app in the future. It is recommended to activate this feature if your device supports it.

In case the biometric login fails or you prefer not to use it, you can still log in using the 5-digit app pin you created during your first login.

When logging in to the app after a 3-hour gap, a prompt will ask you to sync your device with the database. If you choose not to sync, you can still use the app, but note that you might not have access to information from other users since your last device sync.
