Adding New Users and Players

To add a new user, please contact your Union Administrator or World Rugby. You will need to provide the first and last name, email, and assigned role of the user you want to add.

If you want to add a new player, you must provide their first and last name along with any existing profile information. If you are unsure about their existing profile, please provide their previous teams. Please note that only World Rugby has the authority to transfer a player from outside your union.
