Match Day -2

Before match day, the MDD is required to create an account on the Prevent platform. This only needs to be done once and the same account will be used for all future fixtures. 

Creating an account

1. Visit https://portal.preventbiometrics.com or use the Prevent GD App login screen to create a Prevent account.
2. Click CREATE ACCOUNT
3. Enter your email address and click SEND VERIFICATION CODE.

   • It’s crucial that you use the same email address as your SCRM login. 

4. After receiving the code, complete the remaining fields. For organization please enter the name of a league you will likely work in, for example: PRL or Six Nations etc.
5. You will also be asked to enter your mobile number for multi-factor authentication - this should be a mobile number where you can receive a code via SMS.
