Press-up

The press-up is an exercise working on the chest, shoulder, and triceps muscles predominantly. To perform the Press-up correctly as demonstrated in the video the player must:

  • Brace the core and maintain a straight line from ankle to head
  • Place hands slightly wider than shoulder width
  • Lower the body by flexing the elbows
  • Return to the starting position by extending the elbows and pushing into the ground
