Bear Crawl

The Bear Crawl is a core stability and control exercise but it also works many muscles in the arms and legs. To perform the Bear Crawl correctly as demonstrated in the video, the player must:

  • Rise onto their hands and toes while maintaining a flat back
  • Reach forward with the right arm and leg and repeat on the left side to crawl forward
  • Brace the core
  • Maintain a rigid body and flat back throughout the crawling motion
