3. Contested Agility

Contested agility represents the bridge between technical movement skills and competitive gameplay. This phase focuses on developing agility through direct contests, where reading cues, reacting to feints, and executing evasive or defensive movements are essential. By simulating realistic 1v1, 2v1, and small-group scenarios, players refine their decision-making and movement timing, gaining confidence and composure in both defensive and attacking game scenarios.
