This section builds on Pre-Level 1 content to cover Olympic lifts, their benefits of performance and how to coach the clean Olympic lift systematically.

The design of resistance training sessions is an important component of strength and conditioning programmes, this module highlights key factors required for an efficient and effective training session.

Coaching requires excellent communication, the importance of cueing in the resistance training process will be covered.

An alternative type of resistance training – Strongman - will be introduced along with some exercises and their impact on performance.
